In a recent news broadcast, GhOne TV discovered that the country’s mortuaries are risking the lives of people who work in them. The report highlighted the unsanitary conditions in which mortuary workers at the country’s most prestigious hospital work.
Following their viewing of the article, the two celebrities rushed to Twitter to express their displeasure and encourage the country’s officials to take the necessary actions to prevent any future difficulties.
Sarkodie stated that, while he expected the mortuaries to be in poor condition, the Korle-Bu teaching hospital is in far worse shape.
“@NAkufoAddo This is a very significant issue that has to be addressed!!! It’s heartbreaking to see! I knew our facilities were in horrible shape, but not this awful… “I appreciate it.”
“We can’t sleep on this knowing our loved ones or ourselves may end up there one day,” he stated in another tweet.
Stonebwoy also urged authorities in charge of the facility to consider the workers’ well-being because the work they perform is critical.
“Because we only live and die in this life, people who dedicate their lives to ensuring our well-being must be carefully looked for.” Please have a look at this!”
