Pastor Adeboye explains why Christians don’t need guns

Christians don’t need weapons for self-defense, according to Pastor E.A. Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).

On Sunday, Adeboye explained a previous sermon in which he was alleged to have urged Christians to purchase firearms for their own safety, particularly in the case of churches when services were in session.

He claims that Samson won battles in biblical times using jaw bones rather than an AK-47.

This revelation was revealed by the revered cleric at Mount Carmel during his sermon, “Meant for the summit,” which was part of the church’s regular thanksgiving ceremony.

In Ondo State, a Catholic church was assaulted during a Sunday service, resulting in hundreds of fatalities and several injuries.

Adeboye asserted that no one could be slain up to the appointed hour and emphasized that nobody should avoid attending church out of concern for assault.

“I never encouraged Christians to acquire firearms; Christians don’t need guns,” Adeboye remarked. Samson didn’t use an AK-47 during battle. Avoid going to acquire weapons.

He emphasized that they needed authorization to purchase firearms, but he pointed out that they don’t need permission to obtain cow jawbone.

The police authorities have currently put a ban on firearms licenses and registration.
