Nasty C reveals why he turned down Sarkodie twice for a song feature [Video]
Rapper Nasty C claims that after Sarkodie treated him disrespectfully, he repeatedly declined his desire to work with him.
This revelation was revealed by the South African rapper during a freestyle performance on the South African Metro FM program “The Touch Down.”

Sarkodie approached Nasty C twice about performing a feature, but Nasty C declined both times since Sarkodie wouldn’t shake his hand the first time they met.
Nasty C said the following in the freestyle that has subsequently gained popularity:
See, Sarkodie refused to shake my hand when I initially met him.
Cool, I won’t pretend to be too proud to state that I’m still a fan, but I kept a grudge and promised myself that I wouldn’t ever offer the man a poem until I was the man.
Oh boy, did I follow through on my plan. Over the years, I have declined both requests.
Nasty C also admitted that when Sarkodie first approached him for a feature, he responded with irrational justifications like “I’m in an album mode.”
