Ghanaians netizens are not the only ones who seem elated about American rapper, Kendrick Lamar's arrival in Ghana as other foreign tabloids and personalities across the globe have reacted to his visit.

Award-winning American rapper Kendrick Lamar was spotted in Ghana following photographs of him lounging at Capitol, a prominent Accra restaurant.
According to the allegations, Lamar was quietly seated in the lounge area of the restaurant in Accra, Osu, with his entourage.

The photographs drew a lot of attention and caused a lot of discussion on social media, particularly Twitter. Many of the responses reflected people’s excitement for Kendrick’s visit, while others were confused as to why he was there.

One of the photographs uploaded on Twitter drew the attention of Jack Dorsey, Twitter’s former CEO, who retweeted it on his timeline.

He just wrote “Go” and pinned the Ghanaian flag to it, urging Ghana to rise higher.
