The 2022 World Cup in Qatar will have a closing ceremony performance by Nigerian singer Davido, it has been revealed.
On Sunday, December 18, Davido, who has been absent from the internet, will perform for 80,000 football fans gathered at the Lusail National Stadium and the millions watching in their individual homes.
He was supposed to attend the opening ceremony, but he had to postpone everything so he could be with his sad family.
Davido had maintained his secrecy ever since the sad and heartbreaking death of the three-year-old until he was recently photographed during his uncle Ademola Adeleke’s inauguration as governor.
Davido will perform during the Qatar World Cup closing ceremony, according to rumors.
The talented musician’s buddy and Rio Entertainment Group vice-chairman Stephen Hung, a businessman from Hong Kong, made the announcement.
