Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the constituency’s member of parliament, was unable to contain his happiness at the equipment’s successful arrival.
He posted pictures of the container and some of the expensive-looking equipment on his Facebook page and other social media sites.
The good news is for my cherished constituents.
The legislator stated on Sunday, August 14,2022, “Yesterday we successfully passed our completely loaded 40-foot container of medical equipment sent from the US for our historic modern Surgical Theatre Project,” adding: “Installations commence this week, ahead of commissioning.”
The MP has undertaken numerous projects over the years to improve the lives of his constituents, including the “historic modern Surgical Theatre Project.”
When the project is finished and implemented, it will significantly enhance healthcare delivery in North Tongu and have a positive impact on the entire region.
As per usual, Ghanaians have praised Ablakwa for consistently placing his citizens’ welfare and comfort first, with others sarcastically advising him to apply the brakes lest they move into his district.
The finest MP for the year 2021 was duly awarded to the Ranking Member of the Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee for this and many other admirable things he has done for his “dear constituency.”
